SMS/MMS Terms of Service
Betzold Law / VisaFeliz.com Effective Date: April 19, 2026
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Betzold Law, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Description
Betzold Law and its brand VisaFeliz.com utilize SMS and MMS messaging to provide transactional and informational updates to clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Appointment reminders and schedule changes.
- Notifications regarding the receipt of legal documents or government filings.
- Direct communication with legal staff regarding your immigration case.
- Requests for information or documentation required for your legal matter.
2. User Consent & Opt-In
Consent is obtained through verbal confirmation during intake, in-person consultations, or when you initiate a text message to our firm. By providing your mobile number, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and that you consent to receive messages from Betzold Law.
3. Frequency of Messages
The number of messages you receive will vary based on the status and complexity of your legal case. You will receive messages only as necessary to facilitate your legal representation.
4. Cost
Betzold Law does not charge a fee for our SMS/MMS service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check with your wireless provider for details on your text messaging plan.
5. Supported Carriers
Messaging is supported on all major United States carriers. Please note that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to our phone number. You will receive one final confirmation text message to notify you that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-initiate contact.
7. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging service or have questions, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” or contact us directly at [Insert Email] or [Insert Phone Number].
8. MMS (Multimedia Messaging)
Our service supports MMS. We may send or receive images (such as photos of documents or receipts) to facilitate your case. Please ensure your mobile plan supports MMS before sending attachments.
9. Privacy and Data Security
Your mobile information is handled with strict confidentiality. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we protect your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Why this is “Good” for Registration:
- STOP/HELP Keywords: It explicitly defines the opt-out and help flow (Carriers love this).
- Carrier Liability: It includes the standard “Carriers are not liable” disclaimer.
- MMS Mention: Since you specifically want MMS (images), it’s important to mention it so the carriers know you intend to send/receive files.
- No-Sharing Clause: It reinforces the “No third-party sharing” rule found in your Privacy Policy.
