Get Notified When Your Immigration Petition is Ready for Further Processing For Free.
This is a service that Betzold Law is providing to individuals with family based immigration petitions. Once the petition is ready for processing based on the results of the US Department of State “Visa Bulletin” you will be notified via TXT, Email and a phone call from one of our staff.
You will need:
The I-797 Notice of Action which is the “Receipt Notice” for your petition.

Please provide us your name, Email and mobile phone number so that when your petition is ready for processing, we can notify you quickly.

Be sure to choose the correct country that the immigrant is from. Even if they are here in the United States, it is important to know their country of citizenship. If they are citizens of multiple countries, list the country that is shown on the immigration petition I-797 Notice.

Choose the visa category that is listed on the I-797 Notice of Action (Receipt or Approval Notice)

Lastly, be sure to enter the correct Priority Date or Filing Date.
